Police said an elderly woman was murdered in her Washington state home shortly after getting into a dispute with a neighbor about the victim’s barking German Shepherd. (June 3)

Good dogs that are trained corredtly don’t bark “often”, they bark when something is wrong, and they are trying to alert you. They don’t bark when a kid walks by your house, nor do they bark when you are gone all day because of work, they don’t bark at other dogs, etc. Dogs need to bark to warn people, not annoy them.
Once again,”guns don’t kill people, people kill people”. This man could just have easily used a baseball bat to kill her. A knife, a sharp stick, his bare hands, for God’s sake. Idiots are people that don’t think past the nose on their own face.
Yeah Yeah the answer is more guns. Idiots. I live in a country without guns. All the gun violence I get on my news is from either the middle east or American suburbs. For your own sake I hope you guys get your act together.
I was trying to make a dumb attempt at satire. There is so much crime today committed by cops that I was expecting to read. Cops kill lady because of barking dog. However the rest is very true. And I’m glad to hear you do protect yourself. Theirs nothing wrong with a 380 I own one myself along with about 25 other models. One cant be to safe./ I have a Dog too, they make a good alarm to wake me up to grab my gun. Now that’s protection. I’m sure that is how your 2 protectors serve as well
I agree. I have a dog (2 actually) and they do bark often. I have the dogs simply because I like dogs. I also, own a 380 for protection. I know it’s a “girl gun” but, hey I’m a girl!
Last year the suspect had a problem with a leaky ceiling so he took a jackhammer to the top of his house and destroyed his roof. Ironically no one bothered him about the noise.

Would have made more sense if the cops killed the old lady for the barking dog. Too bad she relied on the Dog for Protection instead of a GUN. They want us to dial 911 in an emergency but adding a Dog seems to be better, but only gives a false sense of security. Guns are the only answer to personal protection that is reliable. And why they dont want us to have them. When the government goes bad, they dont want the people to be able to protect themselves.
A happy ending, for PETA at least.
