I originally got this from an E-mail i thought that it was so funny I had to put it on youtube. You kind of have to look closely but you can see that he hooks his feet in the fence and works his way up. It’s funny how at the end when the dog on the other side sticks his hand the wire it’s almost as if he’s saying,” Take me with you!” Well anyway just enjoy the video!
